Join our Contract Governance and Impact team where you will play a vital role in leveraging data and analytics to support Anglicare WA's Outcomes Measurement Framework (OMF). You will extract client outcomes data from multiple sources and transform it in Power BI to create engaging dashboards for each of our services. You will work in partnership with the Outcomes Lead to understand and maintain the outcome tools used by service operations staff to measure client outcomes. In addition to technical expertise in Power BI, this role requires a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives and a commitment to serving our community.

This is a part time (0.6FTE) permanent opportunity and includes flexible and family friendly work options to help you balance work around life.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you will bring

To be successful you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification and some degree of related equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and report development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A demonstrated passion for social impact initiatives

Desirable

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction from various sources (databases, SharePoint, flat files, etc.), and understanding of data structures.

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Drivers Licence.

Remuneration and Benefits 

  • From $96,088 per annum (pro rata) plus 11.5% superannuation
  • In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount
  • Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year over the festive period
  • Hybrid working options 
  • Ability to purchase additional leave
