Join our WA NILS team! The admin assistant will check applications, contact clients for missing information and ensure applications are handed over to the loan officers ready to process. They manage the WA NILS mailboxes, collaborate with NILS partners across Western Australia, and assist NILS partners and Client Support Partners with NILS related client interactions. They will also manage the NILS enquiries phone line to support clients and partners with applications and connection to the program.
Organisational skills, attention to detail, proactivity and communication skills are vital.
The role is 0.9 FTE until June 2026, working Mon- Friday with every second Tuesday off.
What you will bring
- Data entry experience and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system)
- Ability to be flexible, demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure in a team environment
The successful applicant must also have a valid National Police Clearance and a WA Driver's Licence.
