As the Brand and Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing Anglicare WA’s brand and supporting our vision of a just and fair Western Australia. You’ll create and deliver innovative content and campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring all materials are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and culturally inclusive. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll co-manage our social media presence, produce and edit photos and videos, and proactively build a loyal online community. Your project management skills will ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives, while your analytical abilities will help monitor and report on campaign effectiveness.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) role based in East Perth, with flexibility to work up to two days from home (Tuesdays in the office are required).

Desired Skills and Experience

What you will bring

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline
  • 3-4 years’ experience in graphic design and/or digital content creation in marketing roles
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering quality marketing materials and communications across all channels and campaigns
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other video/editing tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience in proactively engaging with online communities through comments, shares, tags, and direct messages to build a loyal audience
  • Skilled in creating engaging digital, photographic, and video content tailored for social media platforms
  • Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing analytical insights and performance trends to inform strategy

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Drivers Licence.
