Parenting Connection WA supports parents and carers across Western Australia to strengthen families and help children thrive. Through strong partnerships with Anglicare WA, Ngala, and Wanslea, we deliver high-quality, evidence-informed parenting support tailored to local communities.
As the Service Manager of the Service Development Unit, you’ll play a key role working in a well-established partnership to shape the future of parenting services in WA.
You’ll lead a dedicated centralised support team to develop consistent, high-quality practice frameworks, resources, promotion, training and reporting.
This is a permanent, part-time role (30 hrs per week) offers part-time, based across partner offices in the metro area, with flexible work arrangements. Regional travel is a requirement of this role.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Human Services and/or relevant experience.
- Exceptional ability and commitment to develop and maintain highly effective working relationships within multi-agency or partnership-based service models.
- Experience in working with complexity, including management of multi-agency partnerships to drive outcomes.
- Contemporary knowledge and experience in child development, parenting and family support sectors, including experience and/or accreditation in delivering parenting programs.
- Experience in developing and delivering professional development with a community capacity building and engagement focus.
- Demonstrated success delivering against key performance indicators and delivering results within agreed timeframes.
- Well-developed financial and budget literacy.
This role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance. A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us. The successful candidate must also possess a current WA Working with Children Check and a WA Drivers Licence.

Also:-
- A salary from $131,900 per annum (pro-rata) + 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
- Additional 3 days leave per year over festive period (pro-rata)
