In this pivotal role, you'll support and empower our Director Services by delivering high-level executive, administrative, and project support—ensuring every process runs smoothly and build strong relationships across Anglicare WA. You'll shape the way our executive team operates by managing sensitive correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating diaries and events, and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders. This permanent, full-time (37.5 hrs per week) position is based in East Perth with flexibility and an opportunity to work closely with inspiring leaders.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing high-level executive support, including preparing reports, presentations, briefing papers and correspondence.
- Proactively managing the Director’s diary, appointments, and communications, ensuring efficient time use and seamless information flow.
- Building strong relationships across staff, Executives, Board, and external partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Coordinating confidential matters, project initiatives, meetings, events, and travel for the Director Services.
- Maintaining and optimising administrative systems, including financial processes (Tech One), credit card reconciliations, and document management.
- Supervising and mentoring administrative staff, supporting onboarding, performance, and professional development.
- Continuing to identify and implement process improvements in response to organisational and service needs.
About you
Bring your drive, initiative, and relationship-building skills to support Anglicare WA’s leadership and service excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in executive support, administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience providing high-level support to senior executives, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for preparing quality correspondence and confidently engaging with a wide range of people.
- Strong organisation, planning, and time-management skills—the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs.
- Experience in managing confidential information and complex matters with sensitivity and integrity.
- Advanced digital literacy, with exceptional skills in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated experience in records management, financial processes, and administrative system improvement.
You must hold a current National Police Clearance and a WA Driver’s License.
