PCWA is statewide partnership between Ngala and Anglicare WA that draws on Wanslea’s expertise, offering parents and caregivers of children aged free support to improve the wellbeing and development of their children.
As the Parenting Partnership Coordinator, you’ll lead local coordination of parenting services across the region, using a strengths‑based, person‑centred, and community‑driven approach. You’ll work closely with parents, community groups, service providers, and government partners to identify local needs and expand access to parenting support. Alongside your coordination and strategic work, you’ll also deliver direct support through parenting programs and community engagement activities, ensuring responsive, accessible, and culturally‑inclusive services.
This is a part-time (0.9 FTE) maximum term opportunity until 30 June 2028.
About you
To be successful you will have:
- Bachelor qualification in Human Services, child development, community development or equivalent.
- Demonstrated commitment and experience in a strengths based, capacity building and community development principles.
- Demonstrated leadership/ networking capability including ability to broker relationships and partnerships and services.
- Experience working with diverse groups, including Aboriginal people and CaLD communities.
- Demonstrated expertise in successful strategic planning and project management.
- Group facilitation and education skills.
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Check, a Provide First Aid Certificate and a WA Drivers Licence.

- Salary: $108,673 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation
- In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 + $2,650 for entertainment expenses per annum and not pay tax on that amount
- Additional 3 days leave per year over Christmas period
