About you

To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor qualification in Human Services, child development, community development or equivalent. 
• Demonstrated commitment and experience in a strengths based, capacity building and community development principles. 
• Demonstrated leadership/ networking capability including ability to broker relationships and partnerships and services. 
• Experience working with diverse groups, including Aboriginal people and CaLD communities. 
• Demonstrated expertise in successful strategic planning and project management. 
• Group facilitation and education skills. 

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Check, a Provide First Aid Certificate and a WA Drivers Licence.

• Salary: $108,673 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation
• In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 + $2,650 for entertainment expenses per annum and not pay tax on that amount
• Additional 3 days leave per year over Christmas period
• Hybrid working options 
• Ability to purchase additional leave
