As a People & Culture Administrator, you will be a welcome face and friendly voice for all queries that come into the People Services team. You will triage queries, providing support where possible and escalating to the Service Partner team when more specialist advice is required. You will be responsible for ensuring Anglicare WA meets its obligations, working across the organisation to ensure licenses, clearance and other key compliance items are kept up to date. You will support our team to provide an exceptional recruitment experience and contribute to wider People & Culture projects as required.

This is a permanent part time (0.8 FTE - 30hrs per week) opportunity based in East Perth. Preferably, hours will be worked across 3-4 days per week, but this can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
About you
You are a passionate and talented administrator with exceptional communication and organisation skills.
You will have:
- Eye for detail with strong administration skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Advanced IT skills and ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Anglicare WA systems
- Ability to proactively manage compliance
- Ability to develop collaborative and supportive working relationships
- Ability to participate in HR projects and contribute to delivery of the P & C Service Partner model
- Bring your administrative expertise to support a diverse service portfolio
- Be the first point of contact for queries into the People Service team
The successful candidate must also possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.

- A competitive salary from $67,450.50 per annum + 12% superannuation (pro rata for part time)
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
- Additional 3 days leave per year over festive period
