As a Clinical Supervisor within our Practice Excellence team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Anglicare WA’s vision of a just and fair Western Australia where everyone can thrive. You’ll deliver high‑quality, trauma‑informed supervision that strengthens reflective practice, supports complex clinical decision‑making, and fosters staff growth. Collaborating across teams and services, you’ll help ensure our practice frameworks promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

This is a part-time (0.2 - 0.4FTE - 15hrs per week) or casual opportunity based in East Perth. Locations may vary to include all Anglicare WA large regional sites and some negotiated WFH arrangements where appropriate.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

You are an experienced and reflective clinician with a strong commitment to trauma‑informed practice and professional growth.

You will have:

  • A relevant degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work, with professional registration or eligibility.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision and supporting staff development.
  • Strong ability to facilitate reflective practice and promote psychological safety.
  • Sound knowledge of trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and evidence‑based approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Capacity to identify and address practice‑related risks while maintaining a supportive and growth‑focused environment.
  • A proactive and ethical approach, balancing independent work with teamwork across diverse services.

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working With Children's Check. Please note that the organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary.

Also:-

  • Base hourly rate from $55.73 + 12% superannuation
  • 25% casual loading for casual contracts
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses (not valid for casual contracts)
  • Work-life friendly working conditions
