Join Anglicare WA’s Philanthropy team and play a vital role in supporting fundraising activities that make a real difference for over 102,000 Western Australians each year.
We’re looking for a Philanthropy Administration Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude. You’ll be the go‑to support person behind the scenes - keeping donations flowing smoothly, systems up to date, and our donors feeling valued and appreciated. You'll also provide back-end support to our online community education program. You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative and purpose‑driven team where your work genuinely matters!
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible and family friendly work options to help you balance work around life.
About you
You are a passionate, detail‑oriented administrator who enjoys working with systems and numbers! Just as importantly, you like being part of a team and helping people.
To be successful in the is role you will have:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound knowledge of finance processes and CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
• Collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is able to multi-task with high levels of organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of fundraising standards, principles and procedures
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Driver's Licence.

- Starting salary $75,387 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- Enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount.
- Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year and ability to purchase additional leave
