About you
You bring expertise, curiosity, and a passion for advancing quality mental health practice. You’ll have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health systems, including clinical, psychosocial, and culturally informed frameworks.
- A strong grasp of contemporary therapeutic and psychological interventions for individuals, families, and children.
- Understanding of State and National mental health policies and the ability to apply these in service and practice improvement.
- Deep awareness of how trauma, culture, and lived experience influence wellbeing and service design.
- Capacity to interpret research and data to guide strategic practice decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead reflective and learning-based practice.
- Commitment to cultural safety, inclusion, and person-centred approaches.
This role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check and WA Drivers License. Please note that the organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary.
