You’ll lead a talented team to develop forward-thinking strategies, champion advocacy and social policy initiatives, and strengthen Anglicare WA’s brand and influence across the community. Your leadership will help identify new opportunities, expand our reach, and ensure Anglicare WA continues to thrive as a bold, future-focused organisation.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in East Perth.

  • Proven success guiding and influencing strategic planning and innovation within a complex organisation.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and inspiring others to achieve transformational outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret trends and identify opportunities for growth.
